Klajdi is an AIS Professional Sommelier based in Cortona, in the southeastern corner of Tuscany. He has spent twenty years working across the region's high-end wineries, top restaurants, and private venues, and he runs Tuscany Wine Food Adventures as a one-person operation: every tour is led by him.
What guests describe most often is his ability to read the room. He picks up quickly on how much you already know and pitches the day accordingly, rather than running everyone through the same script. He works across the Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and Chianti zones, and pairs wine with the food and olive oil culture that defines this part of Tuscany.

Klajdi's twenty years in the region's wineries and restaurants mean he arrives at the cellar as a known professional. Guests consistently describe being taken behind the scenes at estates that don't usually open up that way for visitors.

  • Brunello di Montalcino producers, including family estates focused on traditional Sangiovese
  • Vino Nobile di Montepulciano cellars in and around the historic town
  • Chianti and Cortona-area wineries away from the standard tour routes
  • Pecorino cheese farms and organic olive oil mills in Cortona, Montepulciano, and Pienza
  • Private tastings and dinners arranged in villas and wine estates
Tours are private and Klajdi guides them himself. He builds the day around the guest's interests, whether that's a deep focus on Sangiovese, a broader food and wine itinerary, or a private tasting at the villa where you're staying. Transport is handled, and the day is built so you never have to think about logistics.
